Open House Day 1 Report

Thanks to everyone who came out this afternoon!  Wow - what a beautiful day in Hubbard Farms!  I enjoyed meeting folks and introducing them to my good neighbors on Vinewood.  Went through a large container of Guacamole from Honey Bee Market - http://www.honeybeemkt.com/ - definitely one of the many perks in the neighborhood at less than .5 miles away.

Tomorrow - Open House Day 2 - looks to be beautiful as well.  Please keep in mind, however, that tomorrow is the Cinco De Mayo Parade in Mexicantown - it starts at noon and will take up much of W. Vernor for a few hours.  Actually, it's a pretty dynamic day in SW Detroit - but traffic may be a little more congested than usual.

I look forward to seeing folks tomorrow!

2015 Tax and Insurance Information

According to my latest escrow analysis from Urban Partnership Bank (my mortgage lender), my projected taxes and insurance payments for 2015 are:

Taxes = $2,101.15 (summer=1890.36 and winter=210.79)

Insurance (State Farm) = $2,105.00
